See below .. this screen shot is for School of Medicine and is from the demo server.

This is still happening. You have to refresh the screen (and login again) to get the screen to appear as it does in the screenshot. Initially, there are fewer "Class of ..." and still a cpl blanks but to get the Learner Groups to appear, a refresh is often needed. Will re-test soon.
