Update vimspector config manually

Currently there is no possibility to update the vimspector config without running the target. It would be nice to be able to do this in order to use this feature in combination with custom commands. Any thoughts?

Right now it is implemented in this way that you need to call :CMakeRun in order to also update the command line for the command together with path to the library.
Do you want to update command line arguments? Or do you need just update the path to the binary file, for example because you changed the build type?
