Configurable NumRenderingThreads (and more?)

I had to remove the -dNumRenderingThreads=4 of the convert command in order to make this work on my server. It would be nice to have this configurable. Maybe other parts of the gs command should be configurable too? I don't have much insight in gs.

I'll look into this, by the way what was the Ghostscript version you are using in the server ?
