Major testing update made without formal notification of changes

@imanghafoori1 We have a broken test in production due to the fact that eloquent-mockery is not mocking objects the same way as it ways 3-4 days ago.

Looks like the README.md was completely rewritten and the testing is totally different.

We didn't get notified of this and as a result we have to allocate time to fix this with all of our tests that are incorrectly mocking data now.

Is there a better way this library could be documented so it's easier to follow changes and new implementation guidelines?

Can developers be notified when such a change occurs so we can prepare for this better in the future?

We could use some more involving use of partial mocking and Mockery when trying to use eloquent-mockery in tandem with other testing libraries.
