Hi,
I want to know what is liver_results in the documents that training_lesion_commonbb_nobackprop_3.txt and testing_lesion_commonbb_nobackprop_3.txt?
and how to obtain liver_results? Whether it is obtained directly by ground truth or from the results of liver segmentation in the first stage.

you have to run python compute_3D_bbs_from_gt_liver.py to generate liver_results. It takes the data from seg_liver_ck from the first deep learning model or what you refer to as liver segmentation in the first stage to generate the liver_results.

its tells you in the read me
