By design, one can set up a job and resources, then run multiple graphs through them (as long as output resources are not re-used - only input resource codecs permit re-use at the moment).

We should have test coverage for this scenario so as to not inadvertently break it.

We aren't supporting this for 1.0. No obvious use case.
