RPM does not install on CentOS 6.8 #20

Installing the RPM in CentOS 6.8 leads to an error:

# rpm -i /root/rpmbuild/RPMS/x86_64/runit-2.1.2-1.el6.x86_64.rpm
start: Unable to connect to Upstart: Failed to connect to socket /com/ubuntu/upstart: Connection refused
warning: %post(runit-2.1.2-1.el6.x86_64) scriptlet failed, exit status 1
