There is a problem with Juice: it removes DOCTYPE.
Juice2 doesn't.

Please, consider this.

This got fixed in Juice in May.

Released to npm as premailer-gulp-juice package.

And also pushed as #9 and to @zebapy/gulp-juice fork.
