Remove SearchFilter parameter from URL once the search filter is cleared

The bug

Steps to reproduce:
1- Go to People menu
2 - Filter a person name in the search person box
3 - Click on the X button to remove the filter (note that the filter isn't cleared from URL string)
4 - Click on any person on the grid
5 - on that persons photo grid, use the top left arrow button to come back to the previous screen.
6 - You are now back to the filtered people's page, instead of returning to the unfiltered one.
