video output broken on tvOS 14+ #62

on tvOS 14.0+ the video never displays, it appears to be buffering / playing the video and even gets to this message in the log SETUP OPENGL SUCCESSFULLY!!! but all that appears is

i've noticed that just building with the tvOS 14+ sdk fixes a lot of weird issues like this and would recommend that as a starting point for the closed source framework in this project.

EDIT: this was only an issue in unsandboxed apps that were missing certain entitlements.
