fix: remove typos and improve readability of import sample data

User Story

As an admin, I want sample data that doesn't have typos so that I have a more realistic experience working with Give in a test environment.

Current Behavior

Some of the forms and levels are mixed and don't make sense.
There are typos in the form names.
There is an unrealistic number of

• I can import the sample data and have donation forms that make sense created with levels in line with what an actual charity would create
