Migration

Records are no longer allowed on standard pages as default

The following data sets are no longer allowed by default on standard pages as of version 10

    \In2code\In2studyfinder\Domain\Model\StudyCourse,
    \In2code\In2studyfinder\Domain\Model\AcademicDegree,
    \In2code\In2studyfinder\Domain\Model\Department,
    \In2code\In2studyfinder\Domain\Model\Faculty,
    \In2code\In2studyfinder\Domain\Model\TypeOfStudy,
    \In2code\In2studyfinder\Domain\Model\CourseLanguage,
    \In2code\In2studyfinder\Domain\Model\AdmissionRequirement,
    \In2code\In2studyfinder\Domain\Model\StartOfStudy,
    \In2code\In2studyfinder\Domain\Model\Graduation,

if you use one of these records on default pages please use the TCA ctrl option ignorePageTypeRestriction in your in2studyfinder_extend extension.

Overwriting language labels

The $GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['SYS']['locallangXMLOverride'] is not provided as default from the in2studyfinder extension anymore.

If you want to override labels inside the extension in2studyfinder you can add the locallangXMLOverride yourself in your in2studyfinder_extend extension.

Example:

ext_localconf.php

    $GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['SYS']['locallangXMLOverride']['EXT:in2studyfinder/Resources/Private/Language/locallang_db.xlf'][] =
        'EXT:in2studyfinder_extend/Resources/Private/Language/Overrides/in2studyfinder/Resources/Private/Language/locallang_db.xlf';

Use events instead of signals

if the signal manipulatePropertyBeforeExport is used:

Replace it with the ManipulateCsvPropertyBeforeExport for further information see docs.typo3.org

Use .typoscript instead of .txt files for typoscript

the file ending of typoscript files is now required to be .typoscript. So if you import the typoscript files you are required to update the import from .txt to .typoscript
