On downloading segmented, overwrites #40

Sometimes on downloading of segmented files, creates 1 file and overwrites it . When this happens, can be temporally fixed by restarting Firefox . Example:

Instead of restart, page reload also works . The issue seem to happen when the {page stays open / the sound is played} for some time .
