environmental pressures: updated explanations (pressures 1.2) #65

  • splitted explanations that actually applied to > 1 pressure but that did not distinguish those pressures. Moreover they were only attached to the first pressure of each such group.
  • updated explanations for pressures in pressure class 6 (linked with flood dependency & other updated insights)
  • mentioned groundwater dependency in pressure 5.1
  • pressure 3.3: better wording

Source: new version 1.2 in googlesheet with environmental pressures, translated into these vc-formatted files by generate_textdata.

Now read_env_pressures() returns an extra column remarks. It currently returns the remarks about the relation between some environmental pressures and hydrological classes, groundwater dependency or flood dependency of types.
