For the homepage (and possibly package metadata), a suitable reference is needed where the Watina database itself is described (preferably English, but otherwise Dutch is OK). This can be a short article/description, metadata, ... It can be a web resource or another publication, but in all cases referred by a URL.

A reference is preferably included before the next release.
