Add support for Crystal

What do you think about add crystal doc into inch? :)

Crystal is Ruby like language.

To create crystal doc, we can run: crystal docs

It would be awesome to see Crystal support added. We're trying to build the ecosystem any way we can, and the more CI's that support Crystal the better
