20240131 Editable list with status "Accepted by submitter"

We (every single editor) need to get evidence of all the editables that have been "accepted" (turned to green) by the submitters after the editor assigned them a yellow dot.
Could be done with the same dot but with a different label (e.g. "Submitter accepted" vs "Editor accepted") as long as they are readable in the list.
Also, need to be able to filter on this status as well.
