Package libdc1394-22-dev no longer available #814

For building from source, libdc1394-22-dev gives a "package not found" error as it appears to have been depreciated. The parent package has been replaced by libdc1394-dev according to: https://askubuntu.com/questions/1407580/unable-to-locate-package-libdc1394-22-dev

Using libdc1394-dev appears to give successful builds of some libraries so hopefully it's a simple swap in the readme.

(OS Ubuntu 22.04 LTS in WSL2)
