Progress not being saved when using mod

Whenever I play using this mod Offline, the game never saves my progress. I tested out spawning the "dummy" clients in vanilla IW4X and it seems to save the progress I make, but as soon as i switch over to Bot Warfare the game will forget my progress made and revert to an older level and xp amount

Ok, after a little bit more testing it seems that once I deleted "iw4x.stat" and launched the mod from the menu instead of console, it would load up a separate profile that kept my Bot Warfare progress even after restarting the game. Still wish that this wasn't an issue in the first place but I suppose I have some kind of work-around for the time being
