Describe the feature you'd like

Currently infinity's full-text tokenizer files are stored in the resource path, and matches are made strictly using file name. This feature allows infinity administrators to configure and manage the various full-text search tokenizer as system table.

Alternative 1: Uses variables to store the tokenizer path.
Alternative 2: Uses a table to manager all tokenizers.

After discussion, we don't change current behavior of full-text tokenizer management.
