Help button on Check EO.
documentation links on empty check/rule/endpoint columns.

  • Checks: v2.docs.influxdata.com/v2.0/monitor-alert/checks/create
  • Endpoints: v2.docs.influxdata.com/v2.0/monitor-alert/notification-endpoints/create-notification-endpoints
  • Rules: v2.docs.influxdata.com/v2.0/monitor-alert/notification-rules/create-notification-rules

Not sure what 'help button on Check EO' is referring to--is that another link we need?
