Commit changes?

When I add metadata to a host record (e.g: mac address) with Terraform, Infoblox says there are pending changes that need to be committed. Is there a way to have Terraform commit those changes as part of the terraform apply?

Every host record that Terraform makes with metadata like MAC address is causing infoblox to put a banner at the top of the screen that says changes need to be committed and it asks if the changes should restart all the grid members.
