Currently we use the entire lastname + firstname catenation. This may not be so useful since patients created for an appointment will likely lack middle names. The logic that removes middle names is already present to facilitate document linking exactly for the same reason (computed as normalizedName).

If there are exact matches on normalizedName we could show them in between nn exact matches and full text search on names.
