Describe the bug

Bring over the current locale component. See if we can simplify and improve the code at all while improving as we go. Current locale component https://master-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/components/locale

Functionality to bring over

  • Supports numbers
  • Supports dates
  • Supports translation
  • Supports right to left
  • Figure out how to dynamically load the scripts
