The PHPMyAdmin connector is pretty much broken. I should remove it, really.

Only the 'direct' and 'ssh' connectors work. I've removed the PHPMyAdmin connector and stuffed it in an (unmaintained) feature branch, 'ft-phpmyadmin'. I'm sure it would be possible to make it work, somehow, so if you do any kind of work on it, I'm super happy to accept pull requests. Even minor ones. Closing this ticket now.
