Ruth hair - shown in pictures, but not provided with the model

I put Ruth together as animesh in Second Life, and she walks around fine. But she's hairless and barefoot. None of the provided appliers seem to contain the hair or shoes shown in the pictures.

Ooooh! Nice! I've been wanting to try animesh. :)

We have actually been talking a little about moving some of the add-ons to separate repos and leaving Ruth and Roth mesh and the directly required bits. Nothing has been decided yet. My thought is that the bodies, and maybe some sample skins and clothes, are all that is in the base package, as making an update to shoes, for example, shouldn't require a body release.

The packaging inside the grids doesn't have to match one-to-one with the external repo(s). I plan to eventually put together a package that will feel familiar to anyone who has bought one of the other mesh bodies, but then also have some cool things to go with it.

Also, note that since Shin isn't around any more and we are limited in what we can do in this repo we have moved development to https://github.com/RuthAndRoth/Ruth. It was seeded with the current state of this repo (a git clone), with all history, but it is not a Github fork. Fred created an organization to manage it so hopefully we will not be in the situation again where one person can bring everything to a grinding halt.
