1. Run Pluggins > Puzzle Tokens > Configure > Enable debug logging
2. Execute Apply Tokens
3. Open Terminal and execute cat ~/Library/Logs/com.bohemiancoding.sketch3/Plugin\ Log.log
4. See the last lines to find a problem
