Save scrollback and command history between sessions to emphasize that sessions persist between page loads.

A brief version of the welcome message should redisplay when reloading the page (but not repeatedly).
Some sane upper limit should be provided on how much history is saved.
Data can be saved using Dexie, but should not be included in import/export actions.
