Hi, this depends on more of the details of what kind of model you want to have. Are the point patterns replicated at the point level, with a common intensity function across replications, or does each point pattern involve its own (randomly replicated) intensity field? Also, is it flat 2D space, 3D space, or curved 2-manifold space that the points "live" on? |

Lately, I have been working on the analysis of point patterns. I am a neurobiologist, and I have dozens of point patterns showing the position of cells in the brain. Is there an effective way to work with replicated point patterns using inlabru?
