Incomplete type checking in Mlp_Content_Relations->get_relations

For the join only the type of one side is checked.

So you might end up with post relations mixed into term relations which results in pretty confusing relations randomly popping up.

I think adding another AND s.ml_type = t.ml_type just like here should fix this.
