Redirect does not respect user setting

When visiting the front end, and having activated both the HTTP Redirect module for your Network and Redirection for the according site, you get redirected no matter what your Language redirect user settings is. This is due to the order of first applying the according filter, and then (too late, dude!) hooking into it.
