A mediator allows mobile applications to route messages to and from Prism Agents
It can be an optional infrastructure option.
i.e. Prism can host mediators for Mobile SDKs or clients can choose to run their own mediators that connect with their own implemented mobile application build using the Prism Mobile SDKs
@davidpoltorak-io this is an initial version. Still contemplating using the internal names.
