On a pure Byron network it was trivial to calculate the slot within an epoch from the absolute slot number. After the Byron to Shelley hardfork this becomes incredibly non-trivial. Solution is to add an 'epoch_slot_no' (the slot within an epoch) field to the block table. Closes: #210
