Issue

Add a Cloudflare protection to the snapshot archives stored on Google Cloud Storage (and possibly on the aggregator endpoint)

To do

  • ⚠️ DNS configuration:
    • Migrate mithril.network root domain to Cloudflare (breaking change / IT Ticket to create)?
    • Add CNAME in mithril.network domain to Cloudflare
  • Add a custom mithril.network subdomain on Google Cloud Storage buckets (terraform)
  • Add an option to use cdn to compute snasphot urls
  • Migrate existing bucket to not be destroyed when new is created in GCP
