Feature description

Proposed by: @pawelru

Overview: The proposed enhancement revolves around reimagining the dataset selection process from a tab-set arrangement to a selection/pickerInput embedded within the sidebar.

Suggestion:
The datasets picker, currently situated in UI as tabsetPanel, could be relocated to the column selection area. By doing so, we can eliminate one row that is dedicated solely to datasets, resulting in a more efficient use of space.

Furthermore, an additional enhancement involves placing a dropdown directly below the Encoding label. This adjustment aims to enhance user experience and streamline the workflow by providing quicker access to encoding options.

@donyunardi and @cicdguy, could I please gather your insights on this? Additionally, I'd like to verify if this is something that could be categorized as a UI/UX concern.

It does feel like a UI/UX concern.
I will add this to our UX epic card and it might be best to wait until we got the initial UI/UX review to avoid reworking this.
