There is a common use-case in Resource Map where users seek to import a new/updated hierarchy metadata csv, or edit it via the editor after they have data in a collection. The result is that many records can potentially become orphaned (if a node disapears), or need to be moved (if an existing node splits).
Perhaps after you save an updated hierarchy field in a layer, a simple wizard would flag and help you walk through resolving and records that could have been affected.
