Subscribe to one issue

My team wants to know about conversations/status in a blocking issue but not subscribe to the entire repository

If my team is impacted by an issue in a public repository, for example this very issue, or is contributing to one (reporting, discussing, developing a PR, ...) I'd like the slack integration to be capable of subscribing to individual issues. E.g. /subscribe integrations/slack issues would be a total spam overkill if I want to track the development of this issue, and label filtering does not cut it. Maybe this could be implemented via filtering by ID?

The same would apply to individual pull-requests!

Would be very valuable to be able to give an ID for issues, PRs etc. and then receive updates only for these.
