SSO/OAuth Issue for GitHub user with multiple org memberships

My GitHub user account, (@SCKelemen), is associated with multiple organizations, and both organization use Slack and GitHub.
AlphaOrg:
alphaorg.slack.com
github.com/AlphaOrg

BetaOrg:
betaorg.slack.com
github.com/BetaOrg

I've connected my GitHub account AlphaOrg's GitHub Slack integration, and I've authorized it for SSO to the AlphaOrg's GitHub Org.

I'm trying to connect my account to BetaOrg's GitHub Slack integration, but after connecting, I see the SSO Authorization page for AlphaOrg. The BetaOrg does not use SSO Auth, and I don't want to authorize the GitHub integration to access AlphaOrgs repository in BetaOrgs Slack.
