Hardware configuration

12th Gen Intel® Core™ i7 with Intel® Arc™ A770M Graphics

Describe the bug

The link https://github.com/intel-retail/automated-self-checkout/blob/main/docs_src/pipelinebenchmarking.md in sectino "Step 1: Build Benchmark Docker Images" incorrectly states to "make build-igt" for "Intel platforms with Intel integrated GPUs". IGT is needed for systems with Arc GPUs as well whereas XPU manager is used for Data Center Flex GPUs.
