On the Intel Software Security Guidance website, Parker Ridge is shown as having MCU version 4c000023, but there is nothing in this repository.

Where can MCU version 4c000023 be found?

For Parker Ridge, contact the platform manufacturer for an updated BIOS. That platform doesn't support loading the MCU from the OS.
