Admin - Number of instances on Machine page not matching with actual instances

Steps to reproduce it:

• Login as admin
• Verify the total number of instances
• Click on the Node containing the total instances

Actual Behaviour:
Instances listed on Machine page will not match with the number actual instances launched.

Expected Behaviour:
Instances listed on Machine page should always match with the number of actual instances launched.

Verify the total instances per node with the following URL:
https://localhost:3000/data/nodes/<NODE_ID>/servers/detail?limit=0&offset=0
