Prevent current dot from being larger and prevent touchable opacity flash #137

Hi,

is there a way to style the selected dot so that it's not larger?also on android when I press the image I notice a flash, probably TouchableOpacity. Would it be possible to remove it?

ok disableOnPress solves the second issue
