.env variable ILAB_AWS_S3_BUCKET_PREFIX is not working

When I put ILAB_AWS_S3_BUCKET_PREFIX into my .env file it doesn't make any difference.

I think this line is probably where the ENV variable should be put in (there's a spot that just has '', but I didn't want to make a PR not knowing as much about how v2 is put together.

Let me know if that's in fact the spot and if I should open up a PR.

After trying to get this working, we discovered that the environment variable in the documentation is wrong. The actual environment variable is ILAB_MEDIA_S3_PREFIX and not ILAB_AWS_S3_BUCKET_PREFIX.
