404 Error on buttonClick "Join mailing list" #97

What Happened?

At the footer of this page, https://interledger.org/, I clicked on the "Join mailing list" button and it popped up the page below:

How to test:

Go to https://interledger.org/.
Scroll to the footer of the website.
Click on the blue button "Join mailing list".

What should be done?
Ideally, it should show a place to enter my email to join the mailing list. And a better 404 page.
