Svakom Ella Neo can't set a constant intensity #127

I have a Svakom Ella Neo, and while it pairs and intensity control does work, leaving it at anything above zero for an amount of time freezes it.

Scenario:
Keep intensity slider above zero for more than a couple seconds

Expected behavior:
It keeps vibrating at an intensity until it's set to zero

Actual behavior:

  1. After vibrating for a couple seconds, it stops
  2. Resetting back to zero then back up to an intensity works to start vibrating again
  3. The cycle repeats

This issue does not occur in the official svakom app (iOS) but does occur in Intiface (iOS) and Intiface (PC)

Here's a screen recording with audio demoing the behavior. I'm assuming that the toy is supposed to stay at the intensity of the slider and not pulse.

Here's another video to show the pulsing behavior even when the slider is not being modified

@gaycatontheinternet Can you send in the logs please: there's an option in Intiface's settings.

My guess is that we're still using the original Ella's protocol with the Neo (which I swear I tested at some point, but might be broken with a hardware revision).

Just moved the slider around a bit and sent the logs with this issue as the contact info.
