Reporting a bug?

After a clean install on Vite@4(+Vue) I get Error: @intlify/unplugin-vue-i18n requires 'vue-i18n' or 'petite-vue-i18n' to be present in the dependency tree.
Indeed neither of both is found in node_modules. Probably because both of them are optional?

Expected behavior

Reproduction

  1. install Vite@4
  2. install the intlify/unplugin-vue-i18n
  3. run dev/build

Issue Package

vite-plugin-vue-i18n

System Info

Win11x64, Node@18, vite@^4.3.0", @intlify/unplugin-vue-i18n@^0.10.0

probably wouldn't hurt to include in the README and the error message that vue-i18n needs to be plugged in the app, not only present in the dependency tree.
