script name show wrong

run this command on windows:

intlify --help

returns

Usage: run.js <command> [options]

Commands:
  run.js compile  compile the i18n resources                       [aliases: cp]

Options:
  --help     Show help                                                 [boolean]
  --version  Show version number                                       [boolean]

what we except is :

Usage: intlify <command> [options]

Commands:
  intlify compile  compile the i18n resources                      [aliases: cp]

Options:
  --help     Show help                                                 [boolean]
  --version  Show version number                                       [boolean]

The script name shows run.js instead of intlify.
