Selected device category mobile returns tablet user-agent #15

When creating random 2000 agents with deviceCategory mobile one of them is returned for tablet.

Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 9; Chrome tablet) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/80.0.3987.0 Safari/537.36

Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 6.0; Nexus 5 Build/MRA58N) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/78.0.3904.108 Mobile, Hexometer,
and empty string appears in desktop deviceCategory
