Hi @matlabbe , as mentioned here , I have to use DatabaseViewer but is it related to rtabmap GUI? I have only rviz that's why I couldn't find to change the pre-created map's pgm file to new one that I edited from GIMP. Is there any way to do that in ros side only?

rtabmap-databaseViewer should be available when you install ros-$ROS_DISTRO-rtabmap-ros. There is no way to import back a map into rtabmap.db using ros.
