I'm using Chrome, and when I mousewheel up/down to the top or bottom of page, the scrollbar slows down and then "snaps" (as in, shoots upwards/downwards and locks at the top/bottom) quickly.

Does that make sense?

In new release 2.8.0 I'm working for a better scrolling. Me too, I
don't like as scrolling work on upper/bottom of screen.
Please let me know if new version works better.
